Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem odměňování ve firmě Textile Washing Company, k. s., která se zaměřuje na praní hotelového prádla. Autorka analyzuje systém odměňování v relaci k motivačnímu systému zkoumané firmy. Na základě výsledků výzkumu navrhuje soubor doporučení k dalšímu zlepšení současného systému odměňování, aby se zvýšila produktivita práce a spokojenost zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with remuneration system in Textile Washing Company, Lp. This company is offering washing of bed clothes and bath towels for hotels. Author analyzes remuneration system in relation to motivation system of the company. Based on result of research author recommends advice for next improving of current remuneration system, so the productivity of work and satisfaction of employees …more
