Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou veřejné správy v lesním hospodářství a při ochraně lesa. Věnuje se systematickému vymezení orgánů veřejné správy působících ve zkoumané oblasti a blíže se zaměřuje na jejich činnost. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of public administration in forestry and forest protection. It concerns with systematic definition of public authorities operating in the researched area and focuses on their activities.
