Specification of company environment and business negotation in Germany and the Czech Republic
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of cultural differences in the corporate environment and the business negotiations in two monitored countries - the Czech Republic and Germany. The main goal is to define and summarize the differences in the negotiation process and in corporate culture.
Abstract:
Im Mittelpunkt der Bachelorarbeit stehen der Vergleich kultureller Unterschiede im Unternehmensumgebung und die Geschäftsverhandlungen in zwei beobachteten Ländern -Tschechien und Deutschland. Das Hauptziel besteht darin, Unterschiede im Verhandlungsprozess und in der Unternehmenskultur zu definieren und zusammenzufassen.
