Proposal for conversion of the particular Investment Intermediary into an Investment Firm
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout postup při přeměně investičního zprostředkovatele na obchodníka s cennými papíry. Obsahuje popis legislativních požadavků na obchodníka s cennými papíry a proces jeho licencování, vyhodnocení situace konkrétního investičního zprostředkovatele, návrh postupu a posouzení realizovatelnosti a přínosů přeměny.
Abstract:
The objective of this Master thesis is to propose a conversion of the investment intermediary into an investment firm. It describes legislative requirements on the investment firm and its licensing process, assesses the situation of the particular investment intermediary, proposes a conversion procedure and assesses the feasibility of this conversion and its benefits.
