Jak již z názvu vyplývá, tato diplomová práce se zabývá prevencí bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a požární ochrany v gastronomickém provozu. As this title suggests this thesis deals with Prevention of Occupational Health and Safety as well as with fire protection in gastronomy.
