Diplomová práce se zabývá kontrolními mechanismy a jejich využitím v praxi podniku. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. The dissertation thesis deals with control mechanisms and their use in practice enterprise. It is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains control mechanisms, prevention and measures against fraud, the basics right in terms of necessary checks and legal responsibility for the shortcomings.
