The use of human resources management system at bank institucion

Abstract:

The bachelor´s work deals with the issue of the application of human resource management systems in a banking institution. The aim of the work is to specify terms related to the human resource management theoretically and to analyze chosen human resource management systems in a banking institution. The theoretical part presents definitions of the systems which are used in human resource management. It is also important to define methods which make the work with the employees easier and help to reach the goal of the institution. The second part of the work analyzes individual systems, which are the basis of the human resource management. Analytical part consists of the information gathered from interviews and questionnaires filled by employees of the chosen banking institution as well as of the information from various bank documents. The conclusion evaluates the work and introduces some proposals and recommendations to improve the analyzed systems.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou využívania systémov riadenia ľudských zdrojov v bankovej inštitúcii. Cieľom tejto práce je teoreticky vymedziť pojmy súvisiace s riadením ľudských zdrojov a analyzovať vybrané systémy riadenia ľudských zdrojov v bankovej inštitúcii. Teoretická časť sa venuje definíciám systémov, ktoré sa pri riadení ľudských zdrojov využívajú. Rovnako dôležité je priblížiť čitateľom metódy uľahčujúce prácu so zamestnancami a dosahujúce ciele danej inštitúcie. Druhá časť práce analyzuje jednotlivé systémy, ktoré tvoria podstatu riadenia ľudských zdrojov. Analytická časť je zostavovaná z informácií získaných formou rozhovorov a dotazníkov od zamestnancov vybranej bankovej inštitúcie a rovnako z informácií získaných z rôznych dokumentov banky. Na záver ide o zhodnotenie práce a podanie návrhov a odporúčaní na zlepšenie analyzovaných systémov.
