Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací a mitigací rizik spojených s procesem separace PET vloček (flakes) ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část práce obsahuje literární rešerši z oblasti recyklace plastů s důrazem na PET flakes, dále řízení rizik a výroby. The thesis deals with the identification and mitigation of risks associated with the process of separating PET flakes in a selected company.
