Předmětem diplomové práce je disciplinární trestání a pohled na něj v kontextu rozhodovací činnosti soudů. The diploma thesis focuses on a disciplinary punishment within the context of judicial decision-making. The aim of this work is the analysis of selected decisions which deal with disciplinary offenses of professional associations’ members.
