Oxidoreduktázy spojené s pyridinovými nukleotidy jsou široká třída enzymů, které zpravidla stereospecificky přenášejí hydrid ze substrátu na pozici C4 pyridinu NAD+ nebo NADP+ a naopak. Abstract:
The pyridine nucleotide linked oxidoreductases are an extensive class of enzymes which are capable of the ordinarily stereospecifically transfer of hydride from a substrate to the pyridine 4 position of NAD+ or NADP+ and vice versa.
