The Role of an Aggressor and his/her Position in a Classroom

Abstract:

Agresivita jako součást člověka, ve větší či menší míře, ovlivňuje jeho chování a tím i jeho sociální roli ve společenstvích, v nichž žije. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá agresivitou dětí ve školním prostředí. Její první část vymezuje pojmy agresivita, agrese a faktory, které je ovlivňují. Druhá část se věnuje sociální skupině a roli v ní, třetí část se věnuje školnímu prostředí, klimatu školy a školní třídy. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na kvantitativní výzkum žáků, jejichž projevy agresivního chování jsou nejvýraznější v rámci třídního kolektivu, a snaží se zmapovat jejich roli a postavení v třídním kolektivu.

Abstract:

Aggressiveness as a part of human being, can more or less affect his behavior and so his social role in communities where he lives. The bachelor thesis deals with aggressiveness of children in a school surrounding. The first part defines the terms as aggressiveness, aggression and factors that may have impact on them. The second chapter is devoted to social group and social role, the third part deals with school environment, school climate and classroom climate. The practival part focuses on quantitative research of the students, whose manifestation of aggressive behavior is the most conspicuous in the class and tries to determine their role and position within the class.
