Abstract:

Diplomová práce je složená ze dvou částí, teoretické a projektové. Teoretická část popisuje stávající stav území včetně místního profilu a členitosti území. Součástí je návrh nového bytového domu, který nahradí stávající technicky nevyhovující objekt. Projektová část se zabývá detailním stavebně technickým řešením nového objektu. Hlavní částí je vypracování podrobné dokumentace objektu rezidence Červeného dvora. Dokumentace k provádění stavby řešeného objektu odpovídá vyhlášce č. 499/2006 Sb. § 3 - Dokumentace pro provádění stavby, přílohy č. 13. Součástí práce jsou technické zprávy a výkresová prováděcí dokumentace, která řeší následující části: zařízení staveniště včetně situace objektu, architektonicko – stavební řešení, požární bezpečnost a techniku prostředí staveb. Předmětem diplomové práce není část D.1.2. Stavebně konstrukční řešení.

Abstract:

This thesis consists of two parts, a theoretical part and a project. The theoretical part describes the current state of the territory, including the local profile and segmentation of the territory. A design of a new apartment building, which will replace the existing technically unsatisfactory building, is also included. The project part deals with a detailed structural and technical solution of the new building. The main part is about detailed documentation of the building of the Rezidence Červeného dvora. The construction documentation set complies with Decree no. 499/2006 Coll. Section 3 - Documentation for building construction, Annex no. 13. The construction documentation set also includes: technical reports and drawings which deal with the following parts: the situation of the building (including the construction site equipment), architectural part, fire safety part and environmental technologies. The documentation does not include part D.1.2. Structural part.
