Abstract:
SMC (Structural maintenance of chormosome) komplexy jsou konzervované napříč všemi organizmy a podílejí se na organizaci a kompaktnosti chromozomů. Jsou složené z SMC proteinů a tzv. non-Smc podjednotek. Jeden z těchto komplexů, Smc5/6, obsahuje proteiny Nse1, Nse3 a Nse4, které tvoří těsný subkomplex. Abstract:
The SMC (Structural maintenance of chromosome) complexes are conserved through all organisms. They are key players in chromosome structure organization and maintenance. These complexes are composed of the SMC proteins and non-Smc subunits. One of these complexes is Smc5/6 and contains Nse1, Nse3 and Nse4 subunits which form a tight subcomplex.
