Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje období poloviny 19. století, kdy došlo k rozsáhlým celospolečenským změnám. Především zrušení patrimoniálního systému a vzniku moderní obecní samosprávy. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na obec Čejkovice. Hlavními tématy jsou volby do obecní samosprávy její fungování po roce 1850 a postava prvního starosty Tomáše Hnidáka. This bachelor thesis deals with the period of the middle of the 19th century, when extensive social changes occured - first and foremost, the abolition of the patrimonial system and the emergence of modern municipal government.
