Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na léčiva s účinnou látkou diclofenak. Jsou zde uvedeny jednotlivé lékové formy a přehled dostupných léčivých přípravků na českém trhu. Dále jsou popsány farmakokinetické a farmakodynamické vlastnosti léčiv s řízeným uvolňováním obsahující diklofenak sodný. Práce se rovněž zabývá studiem kinetiky uvolňování diklofenaku z různých typů matricových tablet. V závěru práce …more
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the drugs with active substance diclofenac. There are described dosage forms and a list of available drugs on the czech market. There are also described the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics properties of drugs with controlled release diclofenac sodium.
