Práce úzce souvisí s vývojem webu e-cyanobacteria.org, který by v budoucnu měl představovat jedinečnou platformu pro zpracování a analýzu výpočetních modelů sinice. V první části práce je připomenuto dosavadní řešení hierarchického rozdělení procesů probíhajících v různých organismech a řešení organizace výpočetních modelů.
