Methods of workplace learning
Abstract:
Bakalářská diplomová práce je zaměřena na metody učení na pracovišti. Podává srovnání metod učení na pracovišti a jejich náplně dle prostudované literatury a konkrétní praxe. A dále se práce také zabývá tím, zda existuje vztah mezi konkrétní metodou učení na pracovišti a pracovní pozicí zaměstnance.
Abstract:
The degree work focus on methods of workplace learning. It brings comparison of methods of workplace learning and their content according to the literature and to the concrete practice. And than it deal with a rapport between concrete method of workplace learning and work position of the employee.
