Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je komplexní pojednání na téma pojistných podvodů. V bakalářské práci se zabývám jednak vývojem právní úpravy pojistného podvodu v trestním právu, skutkovou podstatou trestného činu pojistného podvodu a jednotlivými typy pojistných podvodů. V práci se zabývám rozborem konkrétních případů pojistných podvodů a v neposlední řadě pak preventivní činností na straně pojistitelů.
Abstract:
Goal of this bachelor publication is complex description of insurance fraud. Attention of my work is paid to history of legal framework of insurance frauds in the criminal law as well as descripition of necessary features of crime like facts or intention.
