Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou letecké dopravy v EU. Zaměřuje se na jednotný trh a bezpečnost v letecké dopravě. This thesis deals with legal aspects of the air transport services in the EU. It focuses on the single market and safety in air transport. It describes and evaluates the legal framework of air transport in the EU, its development and shortcomings in consideration of ensuring the function of the single market and high level of safety.
