Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá koncepciou rodovo neutrálneho jazyka, jej históriou a vývojom v priebehu rokov. Cieľom práce je objasniť pojem „rodová rovnosť v jazyku“ a poukázať, ako táto koncepcia ovplyvnila nórsky jazyk, najmä používanie osobných zámen.
