Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část seznamuje s rozsahem, rizikovými faktory a příznaky vzniku rakoviny v oblasti hlavy a krku. Dále se zaměřuje na radioterapii této oblasti, v neposlední řadě na radiosenzitivitu kritických orgánu ozařované oblasti a projev samotných akutních a pozdních nežádoucích účinků radioterapie. Abstract:
The bacherol thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes risk factors and cancer symptoms of the head and neck. It focuses on radiotherapy of this area, radiosensitivity of critical organ irradiated area and acute and late side effects of radiotherapy.
