Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o problematice informačního modelování budov (BIM) a pasportizaci, a to nejen z pohledu projekce, ale také z pohledu facility managementu. Úvod teoretické části se věnuje obecnému seznámení s BIM a jeho účastníky. Dále práce vystihuje výhody a nevýhody BIM. This thesis discusses the issues about the building information modelling (BIM) and passportisation not only from the projection perspective, but from facility management perspective too.
