ADJUSTING OPTIMALIZATION OF STEERING-SWIVEL GEOMETRY CAR CHASSIS ŠKODA IN BASIC INDUSTRY
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci seřizování a sledování geometrie podvozků vozů v prvovýrobě. Cílem je analyzovat hodnoty, které jsou naměřeny před a po seřízení. Na základě této analýzy se bude moci navrhnout systém sledování, který by měl přispět ke snížení pracnosti při seřizování. Redukovat případné problémy ve výrobě. A zvýšit jakost i provozní spolehlivost vyráběných vozidel.
Abstract:
This work focuses on optimizing of adjusting and monitoring of steering-swivel geometry in basic industry. The target of this work is to analyze the values which are measured before and after the setting-up. On the basis of this analysis it will be able to suggest the monitoring system which should be contributed to the reduction of operoseness at adjusting and to reduce the possible problems in production …more
