Abstract:
Práce se zabývá otázkou kvality služeb městské hromadné dopravy v Praze. Je v ní zahrnuta teorie městské hromadné dopravy a dotazníkové šetření pro zjištění současné úrovně služeb. Cílem práce je nalezení nových způsobů, jak úroveň služeb vylepšit.
Abstract:
The work deals with the issue of service quality of public transport in Prague. It includes the theory of public transport and questionnaire to determine the current level of services. The aim of the work is to find new ways to improve services level.
