Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytvoření obecného plánu ošetřovatelské péče pro pacienta po amputačním výkonu v bérci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V úvodu teoretické části je definována amputace, dále jsou zde uvedeny druhy amputací podle lokalizace a statistika amputací. V další kapitole teoretické části je popsána předoperační a intraoperační péče o pacienta po amputaci. Předoperační péče je rozdělena na dlouhodobou, krátkodobou a bezprostřední předoperační péči. V kapitole intraoperační péče je popsán operační tým, operační postup a dokumentace z operačního sálu. V závěru teoretické části jsou popsány možné komplikace po amputačním výkonu. V praktické části je popsána problematika pooperační péče o pacienta po amputačním výkonu v bérci a navržen obecný plán ošetřovatelské péče pro pacienta po amputačním výkonu v bérci. Pooperační péče obsahuje monitoring pacienta, péči o výživu, vyprazdňování, hygienickou péči, péči o amputační pahýl, rehabilitaci, protézování a vyšší potřeby. Dále jsou u jednotlivých domén podle NANDA International Taxonomie ?? stanovené ošetřovatelské diagnózy pro pooperační období a u každé z nich jsou navržené cíle a ošetřovatelské intervence.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the creation a general plan of nursing care for the patient after leg amputation below the knee. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. At the beginning of the theoretical part is defined amputation, there are presented kinds of amputations by location and statistics of amputations. In the next chapter of the theoretical part describes the preoperative and intraoperative care of patient after the amputation. Preoperative care is divided into long-term, short-term and immediate preoperative care. In chapter an intraoperative care is described operating team, operating procedure and documentation from the operating room. At the end of the theoretical part describes the possible complications after amputation performance. In the practical part is described the issue of postoperative care of the patient after leg amputation below the knee and designed general plan of nursing care for the patient after leg amputation below the knee. Postoperative care includes monitoring the patient, nutritional care, emptying, hygienic care, care of the amputation stump, rehabilitation, using of prosthesis and greater needs. Then there are for each of the domains by NANDA International Taxonomy ?? set out nursing diagnoses for postoperative period and each of them are designed goals and nursing interventions.
