Předložená práce je zaměřena na hodnocení nabídky služeb, které jsou ve městě Karlovy Vary poskytovány pro segment rodin s dětmi a propagací těchto služeb. Tento segment zákazníků vyžaduje specifickou nabídku služeb. Jejich propagace hraje klíčovou roli při rozhodovacím procesu návštěvníka. This thesis is aimed at evaluation of the offer of services which are provided in Karlovy Vary for the segment of families with children and promotion of these services.
