Abstract:
Bakalářskíá práce obsahuje rozdělení lihovin a výrobu lihovin. Práce je zaměřena na problematiku výroby vinných destilátů, podrobný pospis principu destilace a destilačního zařízení. Podrobně jsou popsány tradiční vinné destiláty, kterými jsou např. Cognak a různé druhy brandy. Pozornost je věnována specifickým národním značkám.Abstract:
The Bachelor´s thesis contains a division of spirits and the manufacture of spirits. The work is focused on problems of wine spirits production, a detailed description of the distillation and the distillation equipment. In detail there are described traditional wine spirits, such as Cognac and different kinds of brandy. Attention is paid to specific national brands.
