Selection of construction machines for concrete works

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výstavbou silničních komunikací, konkrétně se zaměřuje na ochranné a podkladní vrstvy vozovky a stroje, které tyto vrstvy provádějí. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to teoretickou a aplikační. V teoretické části jsou definovány nejdůležitější pojmy v podobě charakteristiky silničních strojů, popisu vrstev vozovky a technologie jejich provádění. Dále se zabývá popisem metody sběru, zpracování a vyhodnocování shromážděných dat potřebných k vypracování aplikační části. V aplikační části jsou nashromážděna všechna potřebná data pomocí vlastního marketingového průzkumu trhu. Následně je proveden výběr stavebních strojů pomocí multikriteriální metody rozhodování, jehož výstupem je návrh strojní sestavy pro tvorbu ochranných a podkladních vrstev vozovky. Na závěr je provedena diskuse výsledků a jsou zodpovězeny stanovené výzkumné problémy.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the construction of roads and it specifically focuses on the protection- and road base layers and machines that perform these layers. The work is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the most important terms in the form of characteristics of road machinery, description of pavement technologies and their implementation. It further describes methods for collecting, processing and evaluation of the collected data needed to develop application part. In this section all necessary data are accumulated using an individual marketing research. Consequently, the choice of construction machinery is made using multi-criteria decision-making methods, the output of which is to design mechanical assemblies for the development of protective and base layers of the road. At the conclusion there is a discussion of the results and the answers to specified research problems.
