Abstract:
Teoretická část je věnována cholinestarasam - acetylcholinesterase a butyrylcholinesterase. Dále se zaměřuje na inhibitory těchto enzymů a na neurodegenerativní onemocnění, zejména na Alzheimerovu chorobu. Experimentální část zahrnuje stanovení reakčních rychlostí třemi metodami s využitím acetylthiocholinu a indoxylacetátu jako substrátů. Abstract:
The theoretical part is devoted to cholinesterases - acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase. It is also focused on inhibitors of cholinesterases and neurodegenerative disease, especially on Alzheimer´s disease.
