Abstract:
Diplomová práce je věnována problematice pracovní zátěže v perioperační péči. Jedná se o práci teoreticko-výzkumnou. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje vysvětlení pojmů, týkající se kompetencí a vzdělání pro práci v perioperační péči, dále je zde přiblížena problematika pracovní fyzické a psychické zátěže na operačním sále. The thesis is devoted to the issue of workload in perioperative care. It is a theoretical-research work. The theoretical part of the work includes explanation of terms related to competencies and education for work in perioperative care, there is also described the issue of physical and mental workload in the operating room.
