Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o založení a vzniku společnosti s ručením omezeným. Obsahuje teoretický způsob a v praktické části popisuje postup zakládání společnosti s ručením omezeným a to jak za současné právní úpravy, tak na základě připraveného zákona o obchodních korporacích.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with establishment and creation of a limited (liability) company. It contains a theoretical matter and in the practical part it describes the process of establishment of a limited company both counting on the current amendment to the act and on the basis of the prepared act about trade corporations.
