Risk Assessment in the Warehouse when Handling Goods

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu hodnocení rizik ve skladu při manipulaci se zbožím. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit a analyzovat současná rizika, upozornit na ně a následně zavést ochranné opatření k jejich eliminaci. Na rizika je zde pohlíženo jako na celek, tedy všechna možná interní rizika, která mohou společnosti hrozit. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku pojmu riziko a její kategorizace, analýzu rizik, metody a nástroje analýzy rizik a skladování. Praktická část zahrnuje představení společnosti, ve které se budou rizika zjišťovat, charakteristiku skladu, analýzu skladu společně s layoutem, identifikaci rizik ve skladu pomocí analýz JBM a What-if, které poukáží na jednotlivá rizika, která ve společnosti hrozí. Součástí analýz jsou návrhy na opatření. V poslední kapitole budou představena zavedená opatření za účelem zamezení vzniku rizik.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis examines the topic of risk assessment in the warehouse during the handling of goods. The main objectives of the thesis are to evaluate and analyze current risks, raise awareness about the risks, and to implement protective measures to eliminate these risks. For the purpose of the thesis, risks are considered as a whole, meaning all possible internal risks that may threaten a company. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the characteristics of risks, their categorization, risk analysis, methods and tools, risk analysis and storage. The practical part introduces the company which was, for the purpose of this study, used to identify risks, warehouse characteristics, warehouse analysis together with layout, risk identification in the warehouse using JBM and What-if analyses. These analyses point to individual risks that are prevalent in today's society, and propose different measures. The last chapter explores different measures that were developed to prevent the occurrence of presented risks.
