Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na psychologické, právní a osobnostní předpoklady potřebné pro výkon profese soudce. V první části je zmíněn vývoj soudcovské profese v historii. Dále je pozornost věnována především otázkám postavení soudní moci ve státě, zárukám nezávislosti soudců a soudů. Poté jsou rozebírány vlivy působící na nezávislost soudce. This thesis is aimed at psychological, legal and personal requirements necessary for the profession of a judge. Its first part deals with the developement of the profession of a judge in history. Further on the thesis explains judicial power in the state; it focuses on guarantees of the independence of judges and courts.
