Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá akutním vlivem kryoterapie (-120 °C) na vytrvalostní běžecký výkon. Jedná se o intraindividuální výzkum. Sběr dat proběh při čtyřech běžeckých testech do vyčerpání. Aplikace kryoterapie proběhla 7 minut před druhým běžeckým testem. Další dva testy sloužily jako srovnávací. Abstract:
This diploma thesis analyzes the acute effect of cryotherapy (-120 ° C) on running endurance performance. It is an intra-individual research. The data were collected during four running tests to axhaustion. Cryotherapy was applied 7 minutes before the second running test. Third and fourth tests were made for comparison.
