The process of purchase and supply logistics as a factor of increasing of the competitive capability

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na projekt zvýšení konkurenční schopnosti podniku ČKD Blansko Strojírny a.s.. Samotná práce je pak rozdělena do tří částí. V teoretické části jsou zhodnoceny literární prameny zaměřené na strategické řízení podniku, způsob tvorby a zavádění strategie, konkurenci a konkurenceschopnost podniku a objasňuje obecnou chalogisticcrakteristiku hodnocení a metod volby dodavatelů. V analytické části práce je představen podnik ČKD Blansko Strojírny a.s., je zde popsána jeho současná strategie. Následuje SWOT analýza a Porterova analýza. Na základě výsledků provedených analýz je vytvořena projektová část, ve které jsem se pokusila optimalizovat současný systém hodnocení a výběru dodavatelů a navrhnout případná zlepšení a doporučení pro efektivnější systém tohoto hodnocení.

Abstract:

This master thesis is aimed for the project of increasing the competitive capability of the ČKD Blansko Strojírny , joint-stock company. The whole work is subsequently splitted into three parts. In the theoretic part there are evaluated the literary sources focused at the en-terprise strategic management, the mode of strategy creation and implementation, the com-petition and highlights general characteristics of the evaluation and the methods of sup-pliers{\crq} selection. In the analytical part of the master thesis there is presented the ČKD Blan-sko Strojírny joint-stock company and there is described its actual strategy. After it follows SWOT analysis and Porter´s analysis. On the basis of these results I tried to make optimal the current system of evaluation and selection of suppliers and to suggest potential impro-vement and recommendations of more effective system of assessment.
