Předmětem diplomové práce je posouzení možnosti podpory financování bydlení ve vybraných evropských zemích. Do podpory financování bydlení jsou zahrnuty hypoteční úvěry, úvěry ze stavebního spoření, podpora financování od státu a samosprávných orgánů včetně daňových úlev. The subject of this thesis is to assess the possibilities to support housing finance in selected European countries. To support housing finance are included mortgage loans, construction loans, financing support from the state and local government bodies, including tax relief.
