Abstract:
Softwarové produkty jsou zpravidla chráněny autorským nebo patentovým právem. Zatímco kontinentální právní systém na tato ,,díla pohlíží jako na díla literární chráněné univerzálně autorským zákonem, v systému anglosaského typu jejich ochrana spadá i pod právo průmyslové, tzv. softwarové patenty. Software products are usually protected by copyright or patent law. While continental law considers them a literary work protected by the Copyright Act, Anglo-Saxon law protects them also by the patent law.
