Abstract:

V poslední době výrazně roste zadluženost čínských obyvatel. V České repub-lice existuje insolvenční zákon, který je nápomocný k zadluženosti obyvatel a uleh-čuje jim podmínky zadlužení. V Číně bohužel tento zákon neexistuje. V současné čín-ské společnosti můžeme zaznamenat stále rostoucí vysoké nároky na životní stan-dard lidí. Lidé už si nedokážou představit svůj život bez luxusního auta či vlastního bytu. Pro mladého muže je vlastní bydlení častokrát vstupenkou do manželství. Avšak koupě vlastního bydlení je velice nákladná, a pokud mladý muž nemá dobré finanční zázemí rodiny, musí zvolit cestu zadlužení. Tato magisterská práce se bude zaměřovat na mladé lidi a jejich zadluženost. Mnohokrát začátek veškerého zadlužení začíná těsně před svatbou, jelikož muž si kupuje vlastní byt, který vnímá jako důležitou položku pro manželství. Práce si klade za úkol odpovědět na otázku, zda vlastní byt a případná zadluženost mladého muže je nutností pro vstup do manželství. Část diplomové práce bude také zaměřena na rozdělení rolí při splácení dluhu v manželském páru. Práce si klade za cíl zjistit, zda se mladé ženy podílejí na splácení dluhu za nový byt, či je to po nich dokonce vyžadováno. V dnešní době platy mladých žen stále rostou, jelikož se rozšiřují možnosti vzdělání žen, zároveň díky politice jed-noho dítěte je žen v Číně méně, proto je teoreticky možné, že ženy nemají žádná omezení při vstupu do manželství. Otázkou tedy je, zda se ženy v Číně podílí na splá-cení dluhu svého manžela.

Abstract:

In recent times, the indebtedness of Chinese residents has been significantly increasing. In the Czech Republic, there is an insolvency law that is helpful in addres-sing residents' indebtedness and facilitates their conditions of indebtedness. Unfor-tunately, such a law does not exist in China. In contemporary Chinese society, we can observe ever-increasing high demands on people's living standards. People can no longer imagine their lives without a luxury car or their own apartment. For a young man, having his own place is often a ticket to marriage. However, buying one's own housing is very costly, and if a young man does not have a strong financial background from his family, he must choose the path of indebtedness. This master's thesis will focus on young people and their indebtedness. Often, the beginning of all indebtedness starts shortly before marriage because a man is buying his own apartment, which he perceives as an important aspect of marriage. The thesis aims to answer the question of whether owning an apartment and potential indebtedness of a young man is a necessity for entering into marriage. A part of the thesis will also focus on the division of roles in repaying debt within a married couple. The thesis aims to determine whether young women con-tribute to repaying the debt for a new apartment or whether it is even required of them. In today's times, the salaries of young women are continually increasing due to expanding educational opportunities for women, and, thanks to the one-child po-licy, there are fewer women in China. Therefore, theoretically, women may have no restrictions when entering into marriage. The question is whether women in China participate in repaying their husband's debt.
