Abstract:
Cíle bakalářské práce Ochrana spotřebitele v letecké dopravě a při uzavírání smlouvy o zájezdu je shrnutí práv a povinností, které náleží spotřebiteli při uzavírání smlouvy o zájezdu a při letecké dopravě osob. Teoretická část obsahuje vyložení podstaty aktuálních legislativních předpisů. Praktická část se zabývá srovnáním stornopoplatků a institutem náhrady újmy za narušení dovolené.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis 'Consumer Protection in Air Passenger Transport and at the Conclusion of a Tour Contract' is to summerize the rights and obligations that the consumer has when concluding the travel contract and during air transport of persons.
