Diplomová práce srovnává právní úpravu obchodní firmy v obchodním zákoníku a v současném občanském zákoníku, především v oblasti jejích dispozic a změn. Práce se zabývá vysvětlením pojmu obchodní firmy (obchodního jména), včetně jeho vývoje v právní úpravě až do současnosti, rovněž se věnuje základním zásadám a funkcím firmy. The thesis compares the regulation of trade names in the Commercial Code and in the current Civil Code, especially in its dispositions and changes. Working with explaining the term trade name, including its development in the legislation until now, also deals with the basic principles and functions of the company.
