Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá pobytem cizinců na území ČR a institutem azylu. Cílem práce je obecné seznámení s legislativou týkající se cizinců. Jednotlivé kapitoly zachycují průřez tohoto tématu, tedy od vstupu cizinců na území ČR, druhy pobytů, povinnosti cizinců, azylová zařízení, vyhoštění až po správní orgány, které zde vykonávají svou pravomoc.

Abstract:

This Thesis is engaged in residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and Institute of asylum. The aim of the work is a general introduction to the legislation concerning foreigners. Individual chapters capture cross section of this topic, namely the entry of foreigners in the Czech Republic, the types of stays, the duties of foreigners, asylum facilities, deportation to the administrative authorities to carry out their powers.
