Sales policy in the enterprise

Abstract:

Předmětem zájmu bakalářské práce „Odbytová politika v podniku“ je popis a analýza postupů a nástrojů využívaných při realizaci odbytové politiky v podniku Dýhy Večeřa a spol., s.r.o. a návrhy na zlepšení. Teoretická část s využitím odborné literatury vymezuje odbytovou politiku a představuje teoretická východiska potřebná pro praktickou část práce. Ta se zabývá analýzou trhu, na kterém společnost Dýhy Večeřa a spol., s.r.o. působí, a analýzou jednotlivých nástrojů odbytové politiky uplatňovaných v daném podniku. Závěrečná část práce shrnuje výsledky bakalářské práce a představuje návrhy na zlepšení.

Abstract:

The goal of this Bachelor´s thesis „Sales policy in the enterprise“ is to describe and analyze tools used in distribution policy in the enterprise Dýhy Večeřa a spol., s.r.o..The theoretical part of the work describes, with use of scientific sources, the area of distribution policy and defines the basis for practical part of this work. Practical part is focused on present market situation analysis and analysis of tools of sales policy used in the enterprise. Conclusion represents a summary of the thesis and presents suggestions for improvements.
