Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je nastínění několika základních východisek a teorií, které souvisejí s problematikou interrupcí a práva na život a zejména způsob, kterým jsou promítnuty do české i světové právní úpravy tohoto problému.
Abstract:
The main aim of this diploma thesis is to show some of the most important bases and theories that are connected with the problem of abortion and the right to life and the way they are used in czech and world legal regulation of these problems
