Monitoring of the Relationship between Tibiofemoral Angle and Heel Valgosity

Abstract:

Tato bakalařská práce se zabývá tématem tibiofemorálního úhlu a valgozity paty, jejich definicemi, vývojem během ontogoneze, metodami měření. Dále představuje možnosti řešení patologických stavů v rámci fyzioterapie, ale pojednává také o možnostech operačního a ortotického léčení. V praktické části zkoumá vývoj tibiofemorálního úhlu a úhlu paty u vzorku dětí, u nichž byly tyto parametry sledovány pro jejich patologické hodnoty. U některých z nich bylo přistoupeno k operačnímu řešení a tato práce sleduje, jak operační řešení danou patologii ovlivnilo, a zda došlo ke změně i u druhého sledovaného parametru.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of tibiofemoral angle and valgus heel, their definitions, development during ontogonesis as well as measurement methods. It presents the possibilities of solving pathological conditions in physiotherapy, but discusses the possibilities of surgical and orthotic treatment as well. The practical part examines the development of tibiofemoral angle and heel angle in a sample of children in whom these parameters were monitored for their pathological values. For some of them, the surgical solution was approached and this thesis monitors how the surgical solution affected the given pathology and whether there was a change in the second monitored parameter.
