Podstatným motívom bude dôvod vzniku DDS na Slovensku. Spomenieme vznik a transformáciu jednotlivých doplnkových dôchodkových spoločností. Samostatnou časťou budú možnosti investovania podľa zákona a dávkové plány jednotlivých fondov. V teoretickej rovine zanalyzujeme výhody a nevýhody systému.
