Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozvodů ve společnosti, jejich důsledky a zejména právními a sociálními aspekty svěření nezletilých dětí do péče rodičů po rozvodu. Cílem práce je zpracování této problematiky z hlediska historického, sociologického, psychologického a především právního.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issue of divorces in society, their consequences especially with social aspects of child custody after a divorce. The goal of this paper is to create a complete summary of problems from the historical, sociological, psychological and above all from legal point of view.
