Bachelor thesis deals with the characterization and the importance of balance exercises. It is about a training programme called Pilates and also exercises using training aids like Bosu and Fitball. Bakalárska práca nás prevádza charakteristikou a významom balančných cvičení. Jedná sa o cvičebný program Pilates a cvičenie na BOSU a na Fitballe.
