Abstract:

Shubham Garg, Spokojenost zákazníků jako klíč k úspěchu v pohostinství. Teze. Brno: PEF Mendelova univerzita, 2022. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na spokojenost zákazníků jako klíč k úspěchu v pohostinství. Cílem je porozumět faktorům, které ovlivňují spokojenost zákazníků a jejich důležitosti pro zákazníky. Data byla shromážděna provedením online průzkumu, na který odpovědělo sto respondentů, kteří navštívili Indii v období leden – prosinec 2021. Výzkum v práci je prováděn pomocí analýzy důležitosti a výkonnosti. Výsledky práce ukázaly, na jaké faktory by se měl hotelový průmysl zaměřit pro zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníků. Práce také poskytuje doporučení pro hotelový průmysl ke zlepšení spokojenosti zákazníků.

Abstract:

Shubham Garg, Customer Satisfaction as the key to success for hospitality industry. Diploma thesis. Brno: FBE Mendel University, 2023. The diploma thesis is focused on customer satisfaction as the key to success for hospitality industry. The aim is to understand the factors that influence the customer satisfaction and their importance for customers. Data was collected by conducting an online survey responded by hundred respondents who visited India in the period of January -December in the year 2021. The research in the thesis is done by using Importance-Performance Analysis. The results of the thesis showed which factor should be focussed by the hotel industry to improve the customer satisfaction. The thesis also provides recommendations for hotel industry for improving customer satisfaction.
