Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá srovnáním právní úpravy očkování v Německu a v Česku. V první části této práce je popsán německý právní systém, který upravuje očkování, přičemž je podrobně rozebírána problematika náhrady škody způsobené očkováním. Součástí je též teoretické a doktrinální zakotvení nároku na náhradu této škody. V druhé části práce pak dochází k popisu právní úpravy povinného očkování v česku. …more

This thesis deals with the comparison of the legislation of vaccination in Germany and in the Czech Republic. In the first part of the work there is a description of the German legal system which regulates the vaccination, whereby the issue of the compensation for the damage caused by vaccination is analysed in detail.
