Financial Services Ombudsman in Ireland
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je podat bližší informace o institutu finančního ombudsmana a specificky o současné právní úpravě v Irsku. Práce popisuje taktéž historii instituce v této zemi. Zároveň je prostor věnován jeho mezinárodnímu působení a srovnání s právní úpravou České republiky.
Abstract:
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to give closer view on institute of financial services ombudsman and specifically current regulations of this institution in Republic of Ireland. Thesis is also describing history of ombudsman in this country. At the same time it gives information about international coverage of the institution and comparison with legislation in Czech Republic.
